FEATURES:

BOARKE lacquered panel sander uses a specially designed sponge drum is used to avoid damage to the primer and make the sanding surface smooth. The panel cleaning brush roller with an exhaust hood is equipped at the outer end of the machine, to remove dust from the finished product, and to provide the best-valued panel sander for the customers.


  • Specially designed sponge drum, which features floating sanding performance for variations in the work piece thickness.
    Extremely fine sanding quality is assured.
  • The cleaning device of belt blowing is mounted over the idle roller to clean dust on the sanding belt.
  • Panel cleaning brush is located over the out feed conveyor to remove the dust on panels after sanding.
  • Frequency inverter provides variable sanding belt speed.
  • Automatic machine stop in the event of air failure or sanding belt breakage.
  • BKM-**BC for automatic production lines (Table height is fixed).
