FLOATING TABLES

Floating tables are powered by a high-pressure blower.

And Improve the heavy loading of the floating table.

The operator can easily feed workpiece by pushing the sheet lightly. The floating tables are standard equipment.

SHORTENED DISTANCE BETWEEN CLAMP AND SAWING PATH

The pressure bean is specially designed. The pressure plates on the pressure beam have slots make clamps close to cutting path. It can be 41mm to save material.

SIDE PRESSING PLATE

The side of pressing plate automatically pushes feeding panels against the fence. And keep high and vertical accuracy on panel sawing. The side pressing plate is driven by an independent motor. Fences are by computer controlled.

SAW CARRIAGE DRIVEN BY RACK/HEAR

The saw carriage is driven by a 2HP motor and transmitted through gear and rack mechanism. The outstanding transmission of design assures smooth- feeding even under heavy cutting condition.
